  3. Print the file single-sided on standard 8.5 × 11 inch letter-size paper.
    You can print at home, at an office supply store such as Staples, or at a local print and copy shop.
    For best results, we recommend printing on heavier paper such as card stock.
    The file also prints correctly on A4 paper when printed at 100% size.
